creative bug Empty creative bug

every time i go to creative (with any items from survival) everything is normal untill i go back to survival/nexus/my home (basicly anything with survival mode).
the bug is that when i return from creative all my survival inventory is lost! it just disapeeres! and i'm sure this is a bug 'ceuse i tryed it many times! every time my items were lost!
plz fix this! i'm sick of losing my items when i go to creative Sad Crying or Very sad
