I think VIPs should be able to /tpa here other non VIPs as well as PvP being completely disabled while in fly mode meaning you cannot hurt and cannot be hurt(by other players that is mobs and lava would still hurt as well as drowning). And maybe more /homes 10 isnt enough for me lol

I might enable /tpa here, not sure what you want me to do with pvp, and 10 homes is the limit sorry.
